Day 1: Kampala – Queen Elizabeth National Park.
After breakfast you will be picked up from your place of accommodation by your driver/guide and transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park, driving through the rolling hills of Mbarara, with a lunch stop over at Mbarara. We latter proceed on through the Bushenyi Tea Plantations (this area was nick named the little Switzerland of Africa). We enter the Park with a mini game drive arriving in the afternoon and check in to lodge/camp dinner and overnight. ( you can choose from the options below)
Day 2: QENP, game drive in the Kasenyi plains. The day begins early with an early morning breakfast and then start our game drive towards the Kasenyi plains in search for the wildlife that includes the Elephants, Waterbucks, Cobs, Buffaloes, Giant Forest Hogs, Bushbucks, Hyenas, Lions and Leopards among the mammal species and a variety of bird life. This Park is said have the highest concentration of bird species as compared to any Park in the world (about 612 bird) recorded in this Park. We come back to the lodge/ camp, have breakfast, relax around and have a free afternoon, dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Mweya , Boat cruise. You wake up at your leisure, have breakfast, relax around, have lunch and latter in the afternoon go for the boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel for yet another but different view of wild life from close as they come to cool off in the Channel water. You come back to the Lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight.
Day 4: Mweya, nature walk in Maramagambo forest – Ishasha sector. After breakfast, with your packed lunch, you will visit Maramagambo Forest, this is a typical savannah forest, check out the bat caves and the rock pythons with an experienced ranger/guide expect to see some forest dwellers. Visit the Blue Lake and in the afternoon, after lunch we transfer to Ishasha sector arriving in the evening and check in to the lodge/camp, dinner and overnight.
Day 5: Ishasha, nature walk. After breakfast you will go for a nature walk near Ishasha Camp. This walk takes us through riverine forest along the Ishasha River where we expect to see wildlife that includes Hippos, Crocodiles, Black and White Colobus and Valvet Monkeys among others. It also offers a wide range of bird life that includes the White browed, Snowy Headed and Red Caped Robin Chat, Pied, Grey Headed, Blue-breasted and Pygmy Kingfishers and Yellow Billed Babets among others. You go back to the lodge, relax around, have lunch, a free afternoon, dinner and overnight at the lodge/camp ( depends on your choice)
Day 6: Ishasha game drive – Bwindi Impenetrable NP. After breakfast, you will check out of the Camp, do a game drive in Ishasha the southern sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park, in search for wildlife that includes the Topes, Elephants, Buffaloes, Kobs, Leopards, Hyenas and the famous tree climbing Lions among others. You will latter transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National park, arriving in the afternoon and check in to the lodge/camp for lunch, dinner and overnight.
Day 7: Bwindi impenetrable forest (Gorilla Trekking)
After breakfast, we go to the visitors center for registration and briefing the long awaited hike. Hikers will love it with the unpredictable Gorilla trekking. It’s not easy to tell how long it will take you. The trekking may take you 2 8 hours so expect to walk for long hours/ distance in steep and muddy conditions and sometimes with rain over head as you hike. So always remember to bring along with you packed lunch, enough drinking water, rain jackets, insect repelants and you need to be physically fit. The time spent with the gorillas is limited to one hour for conservation purposes. The ranger/guide will brief you on how to behave while with these apes. Dinner and overnight at lodge/camp.
Day 8: Bwindi Impenetrable Forest – Lake Bunyonyi.After a relaxed breakfast, check out and drive to Kabale through Ruhija sector of Bwindi National Park (this drive offers beautiful sceneries), arriving in the afternoon and check in to the service of Bunyonyi overland camp, have lunch, relax around and dinner and overnight.
Day 9: Lake Bunyonyi. You can spend some relaxing moments on the shores of this beautiful lake after strenuous hiking in Bwindi. The optional activities here are birding or canoeing and visiting pygmies.

Day 10: Lake Bunyonyi – Kampala. After breakfast, you will transfer to Kampala, driving through the rolling hills of Mbarara. You will also have a lunch stopover at the Equator, where you will have a chance to look at the water experiment and also explore the souvenirs shops. You later drive on to Entebbe airport, for your flight home.
