SONY DSC Ikoma Tented Camp – Serengeti 
Set in the midst of an incredible scenery of savannah and skies, you find Ikoma Tented Camp, sheltered in a grove of acacia trees. Ikoma has 35 traditional Meru tents, each under thatch with a private veranda overlooking the impressive plains of the Serengeti. Ikoma Tented Camp is ideally situated at the border of the world-renowned Serengeti National Park, along the path of the migrating wildebeests between Kenya and Tanzania.

The central restaurant and bar area boast a large camp fire – an ideal spot to unwind with a chilled drink after a long days of exciting game viewing. The restaurant serves a daily changing 4 course menu and a complimentary coffee or tea in the afternoon. You can have a bush dinner on request. There is a cold drink service to the rooms at sunset.


Robanda is set on a prime location for an unforgettable bush experience. The position was carefully chosen to be right in the path of the wildebeest migration, ensuring spectacular game viewing during the migration. But the camp also boasts of high resident game concentration all year round, with big herds of wildebeest and zebra, elephant and giraffe. Other animal species include lion, hyena, gazelle, topi and buffalo.
  The tented rooms are very spacious, with either double or twin beds and annex bathroom. Each tent has a private veranda with an impressive view over the Serengeti plains, where herds of wildebeest and zebras can be seen. The “bush style” tents are mobile tents, set up in a permanent way. Each tent has its own private bathroom with bush shower and toilet.  Mosquito nets, mosquito coils, candles & matches and electrical lighting in tent and bathroom. Charging possibilities for cameras, batteries, etc.
The panoramic open restaurant, with lookout tower, offers a fine cuisine and cold drinks after an exciting day of game driving. Here you can relax with a chilled cocktail, while observing animals drinking from the water hole only 30 meters away from the bar. Activities: night game drive (pre booked only), early morning or sunset walking safari, visit to local Maasai village, traditional dances, balloon safari pick up from the camp.


ang-ata-camp-serengeti Set up in Seronera, the central region or the Serengeti National Park, the camp allows easy game drives to most of the Serengeti’s regions. In a day’s drive you can reach Moru Kopjes and the Maasai Kopjes with the rock paintings and N’gong Rocks to the south, Grummeti river and the Western corridor, Retima Hippo Pool and even Lobo area to the north or explore Turner Springs to the west if you have already scouted the Seronera region. Nearby situated are Serengeti Visitors center, Research Center and Frankfurter Zoological Society Serengeti Headquarters. Seronera Airstrip is 15 min drive away.
 serengeti-camp-top-3 A large camp with 12 large Guest tents including a 2 tent Family unit, a lounge and a dining tent. Each guest tent has an en-suite bathroom with shower, vanity desk and flush toilets. Depending on request a Kingsize bed or 2 Twin beds are available.
 serengeti-camp-top-2 The lounge is the place to meet other travellers and share your day’s safari stories while enjoying a complementary cup of Tanzanian Coffee or Tea. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners are served in the dining tent, freshly prepared by our Chefs on a daily basis. Bush TV (local name for camp fire) is lit when the weather permits.
